What it is
Blank manuscript paper with a bass clef printed at the start of each staff. Ideal for bass guitar, double bass, cello, bassoon, trombone, tuba and piano left-hand parts.
How to use it
- Print at 100% (actual size) on A4 or US Letter.
- Write in pencil and leave space between notes for counts and fingerings.
- Use it for writing bass lines, theory homework and dictation exercises.
Ideas for bass players
- Write the root–fifth and walking lines you invent, so you can read them back later.
- Practise reading low notes by writing out the open strings (E1, A1, D2, G2) and scales.
- Copy the exercises from bass clef reading level 1 in your own hand.
