What it is
Pages of empty ukulele chord boxes: four vertical lines for the strings (G C E A in standard tuning, from left to right) and horizontal lines for the frets.
How to use it
- Print at 100% scale.
- Mark fretted notes with dots, open strings with O and muted strings with X.
- For chords higher on the neck, write the starting fret number on the left.
- Add finger numbers and the chord name.

- Build your personal chord book with the shapes you use most.
- Write out the chords of your favourite keys: C, G, F and A minor are easy on ukulele.
